- If you are being harassed on our website by another member report them to us asap at info@mypacificromance.com we will follow it up and their account will be deleted.
- If you have already met the person and you are being harassed, be sure to report the matter to the police asap.
- Deactivate your membership through your settings options, My Pacific romance does not offer refunds if you choose to cancel your membership prior to your renewal date. You will be able to continue using My Pacific Romance until your membership becomes due for renewal......
Cancel your payments through Paypal to stop automatic payments. My Pacific Romance is not authorised to do this.

- It is advisable to exchange emails on My Pacific Romance for as long as it takes, for you to feel comfortable with your potential date. Before agreeing to make contact away from our site.
- Request a photo, if one isn't displayed on their profile.
- If you have both agreed to meet, its advisable to meet in a public place, even arrange to have a friend near by if possible or be sure to tell someone close to you where you agreed to meet and when.... if you have the name and telephone number of your date be sure to share this with a close friend as well.
